The room here is really well-kept and cozy, featuring a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. Plus, there’s an excellent selection for breakfast! 😊.

The setting was excellent, just next door to Andorra La Vella by bus, the gondola, bars, restaurants and local amenities and the the ski area.

This hotel offers a comfortable and fabulous stay, with an amazing location just a short walk from shops, a pharmacy, cafes, and Encamp.

Smell of cigarette smoke in corridors. Pillows too hard. Location was tricky for skiing when weather conditions cause lifts to close to access the other ski areas. Would be ok if there was better bus transport between canillo and el tartare

We only liked the location, otherwise, the hotel is really bad. They have a nice lounge area in the entrance, but thats all ... The breakfast was good and the waiter Isma was excellent!

-The staff at front desk and the guy at the bar ... Very bad service attitude, -The room was terrible !! .. Bed, pillows, furniture, etc .... -The shower did not worked well.

The breakfast here is fantastic and offers a great selection of food options. the location is unbeatable—just 180 meters from the gondola, making it super easy to access the ski area, cafes, and ski lifts. 🚡.

The highlight of our stay at this hotel was definitely the Fitness & Wellness Spa. The hydrotherapy circuit was like a symphony for the body, activating every function and leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It was as if we had taken a dip in the fountain of youth!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel had great facilities, including a cozy area with a fireplace where I could relax after a long day of skiing. The location was convenient, with the gondola just a short walk away. It was also easy to access the ski area from the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the gondola, with easy access to the ski slopes. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with en-suite bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. Guests can also enjoy the spa facilities and the pool across the road. the hotel has a games room for entertainment in the evenings.

The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is weak and can only be accessed near the staircase or in the lobby.

Had a lovely Easter break at this hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the river. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of tasty options. the ski lift was a short walk away, which was very convenient.

The town itself was pretty quiet with not much to do in the evenings, so if you're looking for nightlife this might not be the right place for you. there wasn't much storage space in our room, so we had to keep some of our things in our luggage, which was a bit inconvenient.

We recently stayed at Ski Plaza Hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, always willing to assist us during our stay. We were particularly impressed with the excellent equipment storage room, perfect for our skiing gear. The only issue was the door access, as the room cards were not working properly. However, the inconvenience of having to ask the staff to let us in was overshadowed by the fantastic perk of having free access to the public swimming pool across the road. Another great feature of the hotel was the easy proximity to the riverside walk, which made exploring the area with our golden retriever a breeze. We also enjoyed visiting the ancient 12th-century church just up the hill from the hotel. Additionally, the selection of cafes and shops around the hotel made our stay much more interesting than staying in a typical ski village.

We would highly recommend this hotel.
